What is Yoga Therapy?

Yoga Therapy classes are designed to gently address common ailments due to posture, stress, accident, injury and/or surgery. Anyone and everyone can practice yoga, but not all yoga classes are designed for every body.
Our Gentle Hatha Yoga & Therapeutics is a great "first yoga class." Postures are approached gently with an emphasis on breathing and comfort. Through our practice we will explore strategies to reduce stress, boast immunity, and increase balance while building strength and flexibility.

What to Bring:
